After payment clearance you will receive a confirming email stating that your artwork is being prepared for shipping and informing you as to approximate delivery time. You will also receive confirmation when the Carrier has picked up the package.
We have chosen the Belgian Taxipost International Express Pro facility for all despatch, which is an International Express Mail Service (EMS); in our opinion the best forwarding solution for transatlantic freight available. On US soil DHL will take the relay. Your parcel is automatically tracked and can be followed all along its journey thanks to regular updates. The carrier is charged with customs clearance and will deliver the artwork to your doorstep within a timespan of 3-6 days after consignment. Remember that the sales price is all inclusive! Your artwork is insured for its full sales value. We assume full liability for any damage or loss occuring during the shipping process.
Your purchase will be safely and professionally packed in a made-to-measure box with air cushioned filler material.
